For my cousin Michelle’s wedding on August 11, 2012, I made this cozy queen-sized winter quilt. She loves winter and Christmas so I was inspired to use flannel and reindeer prints. This quilt I did free motion stipple quilting using a “homemade frame” and my domestic sewing machine.

“Three Little Piggies” German Baby Quilt

In November 2013 I created this commissioned baby blanket with the German version of the “Three Little Piggies” poem inscribed in thread on the outer borders. November 2010 Wedding Quilt

I was nominated on Facebook to show three works I have made for 5 days. Quilt Binding Basics

Many quilters I know (including myself) find the binding bitter-sweet. In some ways it is wonderful knowing that once complete your project is done.
