I am participating in The Crochet Crowd’s Stitch-cation Summer Crochet Challenge.

Here are my first blocks using the “popcorn” stitch.

Popcorn Stitch Afghan Squares

In addition to learning new stitches for the blocks we are being challenged to use at least 8 different colours. I will make an afghan with all the blocks in this challenge.

Snowman Tree Skirt

As promised, today I am showing another item I made for the Christmas season – a tree skirt in the Snowman theme! I did have one quilted version of this but then decided to try a few unquilted just for fun. I like the traditional circular shape of these. Visit my Etsy shop to see if they are still available!
