Our company ships using Canada Post and Stallion Express.
We happily support and love our international customers. Please note that The Ruthless Crafter is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.

The patterns listed on this website are original designs. Therefore, all content, including the inherent design and all images are the copyright and design rights of The Ruthless Crafter aka Elizabeth Ruth. Reproducing, distributing, or selling this pattern, either in the original or any modified format, via any media, whether digital or physical, is strictly prohibited.
Permission To Sell
You are welcome to sell any finished items you have made from a pattern you have purchased from me. If you choose to sell the finished products from my patterns online please give me credit as the original designer together with a link in your product listing to my website at theruthlesscrafter.com.
Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after purchase. If a period of 30 days has elapsed since your purchase was made, we regret that we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Exceptions to this policy include items that are personalized or customized. These cannot be returned unless the item was received defective.
Items that are non-returnable include:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
In order to process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer partial refunds at our discretion in the following situations:
- Any item received not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact the original method of payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items marked “Final Sale” will not be refunded.
If you need to return a product, please contact us to receive the appropriate mailing address.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged products can vary depending on your location.
For returned items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
