I understand this purchase is for a kit that includes wool and a pattern. It is NOT a finished hat.

The wool is hand painted and may vary slightly from the item pictured.

Intermediate: This pattern is friendly in that most crocheters will be comfortable with it. The accessories are for a more seasoned crocheter in that they require some concentration. Pattern requires knowledge of hand sewing to affix accessories to the hat.

How to care for your merino wool hat:

2. Place your hat into the water and gently agitate, then let it soak for 5 minutes.
3. Drain sink, then refill with cold water to rinse your hat.
4. To dry your hat, roll it gently in a clean, dry towel, then unroll and let it air dry on another clean, dry towel.

Our kits contain Koigu’s exquisite DK weight merino superwash wool. The wool is spun from the finest merino sheep in the world. Plied for durability, this lightweight wool is soft, silky, and retains the natural elasticity of merino.

In addition to being natural and biodegradable, merino wool is very soft, breathable, sleek, elegant and exceptionally stylish. In contrast to synthetics, merino reacts to changes in body temperature and helps you stay warm when the weather is cold, and cool when the weather is hot. It’s also exquisite to work with.

Koigu is an local Ontario, family-owned business whose yarn is painted, hanked, labeled and shipped by the Landra women and a small handful of local employees. While they use the efficiency of machines where they can, every skein sent out into the world is lovingly painted by hand and is a truly unique work of art.

The Ruthless Crafter is proud to partner with local, handmade businesses.

This kit contains the yarn and pattern you need to crochet one hat. Only the highest quality materials are included for you to make the most enchanting Henry.
